I worked closely with Lucy for the first website I have ever been asked to produce. With fairly basic IT skills, Lucy has been extremely patient with me going through many of the basics on how to construct and edit a website, and has encouraged me to write my first ever blog (which I now know how to upload onto the website!) After a number of conversations between myself and Lucy, I now have three blogs on our brand sparkling new website and the whole experience has reignited an interest in writing for me with many more blogs currently in the pipeline! If you are someone who does not have great IT skills, but you would still like to have some hands on involvement with the construction and content of your website, I would not hesitate to recommend Lucy – she is always at the end of the phone or email and it is only due to her insurmountable patience that the site is now ready to be launched!
