Update on Our Efforts to Oppose the HMO at Chase Side Crescent
To make it easier for everyone to stay informed, I’ve created this page to share all updates regarding the proposed HMO at 15 Chase Side Crescent. Below, you’ll find the quote from GS Planning and the detailed document they have prepared for us over the Christmas period.
The document is addressed specifically from 13 Chase Side Crescent’s point of view, as Paul Nicholls from GS Planning felt we had the strongest case being next door to the property in question. This allows him to highlight compelling reasons to oppose the development. Paul has outlined numerous points in the document that we encourage everyone to use when forming their individual objections to strengthen our collective stance. Obviously not all of the points will relate to your situation but a good number of them do.
