Questions people ask me
How long does a website take?
Most brochure sites take three to six weeks from our first call, depending on how quickly the words and photos come together. If you’re in a hurry, tell me: I’ve turned sites around in a week when it mattered.
What do you need from me?
Your knowledge of your business, some photos if you have them, and honest feedback along the way. If writing isn’t your thing, I’ll help you shape the words. You’ll never be handed a blank page and left to it.
WordPress or Wix?
I build in WordPress because you own it. It lives on your hosting, it isn’t rented from a platform, and any designer in the world can work on it if I ever fall under a bus. Wix is fine until you want to leave, and then it isn’t.
Can I really update it myself?
Yes, and my clients do, every day. Every build includes a free 1-2-1 training session, and I can record short videos for anything you want to remember later. If you’d rather I handle updates, a care plan covers that too.
