Questions people ask me
Do I have to host with you?
For a care plan, yes, because I can only guarantee the backups, speed and security if the site lives somewhere I control. If you’re hosted elsewhere, I’ll happily migrate you over with no downtime.
What if I already have a website you didn’t build?
That’s fine. I look after plenty of sites I didn’t design. I’ll do a quick health check first so we both know what we’re starting with.
Can I cancel?
Yes, care plans are month to month. I’d rather you stayed because it’s worth it, not because you’re locked in. If you leave, your site and backups go with you.
What counts as ‘support’?
Small changes, questions, and the odd ‘how do I…’ are all included. Bigger jobs like new pages or a redesign are quoted separately, and I’ll always tell you which is which before doing anything.
