Questions people ask me
Which payment methods can I take?
All the usual ones: debit and credit cards through Stripe, plus PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay if you want them. I’ll set up whatever fits your customers and your accountant.
Can I manage stock and orders myself?
Yes. That’s the whole point. Your training session covers adding products, updating stock, processing orders and printing what you need. Most clients are confident within one session.
Do you do product photography?
I don’t shoot products myself, but I’ll tell you exactly what images work best and how to prepare them so your shop looks sharp and loads fast.
What about ongoing costs?
Beyond payment processing fees (which go to Stripe or PayPal, not me), you’ll want hosting and ideally a care plan, since shops need to stay updated and secure. I’ll be upfront about every cost before you commit.
