Lucy’s Web Designs can provide the following additional services upon request for an extra monthly or per-service fee:

2. Client Responsibilities

  1. Provide any additional access required for these services (e.g., server credentials, Google Search Console, or SEO tools).

  2. Approve any changes or updates prior to implementation, if requested.

  3. Understand that services provided on an emergency or as-needed basis may incur additional charges outside the regular maintenance plan.

3. Limitations of Liability

  1. While Lucy’s Web Designs will take all reasonable steps to perform these optional services, the Provider cannot guarantee:

    • Absolute prevention of downtime or errors

    • SEO improvements or ranking results

    • Compatibility with third-party tools and plugins

  2. The Client understands that emergency or rapid-response services will be provided as reasonably possible, and the Provider cannot be held liable for delays beyond their control.

4. Payment Terms

  1. Fees for any optional services will be invoiced separately and must be paid according to the agreed schedule.

  2. Failure to pay for requested optional services may result in the suspension or delay of those services.

5. Termination of Optional Services

  1. Optional services may be discontinued at any time with 30 days’ written notice.

  2. Any services already performed or fees already invoiced remain payable in full.

6. Acceptance

By signing below, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and additional fees for optional services outlined in this Addendum.
