Monthly Maintenance Plans

Our website maintenance services operate on a monthly subscription basis. Clients may cancel their maintenance plan at any time by providing 30 days’ written notice via email.

During the notice period, maintenance services will continue as normal until the end of the billing cycle.

Notice of Cancellation

To cancel your maintenance plan, please submit your request in writing to:

Your cancellation will be confirmed once we have acknowledged receipt of your request.

Final Billing

If a cancellation request is received after a new billing cycle has started, the maintenance service will continue until the end of that billing period and the final payment will still apply.

Website Access and Transfers

If a client wishes to move their website to another hosting provider or developer following cancellation:

  • Lucys Web Designs will provide reasonable assistance to facilitate the transfer.

  • Any migration, transfer or technical work required outside the scope of the maintenance plan may be charged separately at our standard hourly rate.

Third-Party Services

Maintenance plans may rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, plugins, themes or software subscriptions. Cancellation of a maintenance plan does not automatically cancel these third-party services, and clients may remain responsible for any ongoing charges directly with those providers.

Immediate Termination

Lucys Web Designs reserves the right to terminate a maintenance agreement immediately if:

  • invoices remain unpaid

  • there is misuse of services

  • the website contains illegal, harmful or prohibited content

In such cases, services may be suspended until outstanding issues are resolved.

Policy Updates

Lucys Web Designs reserves the right to update or amend this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients where applicable.
