The challenge

The Page of Wands built its corporate events business, bringing master tarot readers, astrologers, palmists and graphologists to Christmas parties, wellbeing days and client hospitality events, largely on referrals and founder Maggie Greening’s own networking. But the people booking those events, HR teams, office managers and event planners, are increasingly asking tools like ChatGPT for recommendations before they ever pick up the phone. A site built only for traditional Google search risked being left out of that conversation entirely.

What I did

• Rebuilt pageofwands.co.uk with AI search visibility (GEO) designed in from day one, not bolted on afterwards.
• Built a dedicated corporate events page with clear packages, pricing and guest numbers, so AI tools can answer pricing questions directly and accurately.
• Gave each of the six master practitioners their own page, so AI search has specific, citable expertise to point to.
• Wrote a structured FAQ page answering the exact questions HR teams and event planners search for.
• Wrote clean, purpose-built meta titles and descriptions for every key page.

The result

The new site went live in early August 2026. Within its first month, The Page of Wands received four new corporate event enquiries in a single week. Better still, when I tested how AI search tools now answer a real enquiry, ChatGPT recommended The Page of Wands as its best overall pick for a polished London corporate event, complete with accurate package details and pricing pulled straight from the new site.
