Being handed a website and left to figure it out is nobody’s idea of fun. That’s why every site I build comes with training as standard, and why I also help people who got their website from someone else and were left in the dark. There are no daft questions here, only things you haven’t been shown yet.

- Updating text, images and pages without fear of breaking anything.
- Adding blog posts, news or events yourself.
- Managing your online shop: products, orders and stock.
- Understanding the basics of getting found on Google.
- Whatever is on your list. It’s your session, so we go where you need.
1-2-1 training
From £60 an hour
Training is £60 an hour, and the first session is free with every website I build. Sessions can be in person locally or over a video call, whichever suits you. I can record short videos of anything you want to remember.

Questions people ask me
I’m really not technical. Is that a problem?
Not at all, and you’re in good company. Most of my training clients say the same thing on day one and are updating their own sites by the end. I go at your pace and explain things in normal words.
Can I have training if you didn’t build my site?
Yes. As long as it’s WordPress (and often even if it isn’t), I can show you how to run it. We’ll start with a quick look at what you’ve got.
In person or online?
Either. In person works well locally around Enfield, and video calls work brilliantly too, with the bonus that I can record the session for you to rewatch.
What if I forget everything afterwards?
That’s exactly why I record short how-to videos for the things you’ll do often. And you can always book a top-up session or a care plan if you’d rather I handle the bigger jobs.
