1. Services

Changes or conflicts caused by third-party plugins or themes

Hosting provider issues or outages

Cyber-attacks that bypass standard security measures

The Client understands that maintenance is performed monthly, and issues arising between scheduled maintenance visits may not be addressed until the next monthly service, unless an additional service agreement is made.
4. Term and Termination
