Poppies Juke Box

Michael and I headed over to visit our Loving Social Media client today, Poppies Fish and Chips in Spitalfields.

I had not been there before, and was very much looking forward to checking the place out, as Michael had told us how brilliant it is.  They have a wonderful 1950’s Juke Box that David Sandler (Musician extraordinaire) told me was an ‘AMI‘ it was so spooky as I had told him I was going there as I knew he would love it, and whilst we were there they played Tennessee Waltz which is a song David recorded on the ‘American Spring‘ album!  how strange is that!

As Michael talked technicalities. I took some film of the restaurant, it was early Friday afternoon so I managed to get there before the place got rammed so you can see all the piccies on the wall and the general look of the place.

I even got to try the food!  I am not just saying this, it was by far the nicest Fish and Chips I have ever had!!!  not greasy at all… so I will defiantly be returning, then I took a wander around the area see the snaps below, if you are ever to be found in Spittlefields then go and check Poppies out, you really won’t regret it!
