Time for a groovy new lick of paint!
It’s been a busy few months here at Lucy’s Web Designs. I’ve been giving a whole run of client websites a fresh new look. Some were sites I built years ago. Others had simply been left alone a little too long. Either way, it’s been lovely seeing them come back to life.
Why bother refreshing your website?
Websites age faster than you think. A design that looked great five or six years ago can now feel dated, slow or clunky on a phone. Visitors notice. So does Google. A tired website can quietly put people off before they ever pick up the phone.
A refresh doesn’t have to mean starting from scratch. Often it’s about modernising the layout, tidying up the content, making sure it works beautifully on mobile and bringing everything up to date behind the scenes too.
